Lesson policy
Cancellations
Private lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Group lessons: If you miss it, the lesson is forfeited.
100% of the fee will be refunded in case of a cancellation more than 12 hours ahead of lesson start.
Lessons cancelled late (less than 12 hours' notice) will result in 50% of the lesson fee being refunded.
Late arrivals
There is a 5-minute grace period.
Students who arrive more than 5 minutes late will be marked as Late or No-show.
Private lessons will proceed as scheduled
—no refunds for late arrivals.
Group lessons will proceed as scheduled
—no refunds for late arrivals.
Tech requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, functioning camera, and microphone.
If tech issues on your end prevent you from participating, a refund or reschedule may be offered at the teacher's discretion.
Behaviour
Be respectful toward the teacher and any other students.
Elucidated English reserves the right to remove disruptive students from lessons with no refund.

Materials provided are for personal use only.
Do not redistribute or use commercially without written permission.
Book appropriately
Group lessons work best when everyone’s on the same page.
