Student conduct guidelines

At Elucidated English, we believe that a respectful, supportive, and focused learning environment brings out the best in everyone. To help all students—and our teachers—get the most out of each session, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind:

Be punctual:
Please join your lesson on time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, the session may be marked as late or no-show, and partial or no refunds will apply as per our Lesson Policy.*

Be prepared:
Ensure your internet connection is stable, and have yourcamera and microphone ready before the lesson begins. Bring your materials and be ready to participate—this is your time to shine!

Be respectful:
Treat your teacher and fellow students with respect. We welcome learners of all backgrounds and levels, and we expect everyone to uphold a kind and inclusive classroom environment.

Be engaged:
Speak up, ask questions, and share your thoughts. Active participation helps you (and others!) learn faster and more confidently.

Be focused:
During the lesson, please avoid multitasking, side conversations, or distractions. This is your dedicated time to improve your English—make the most of it.

Be honest about your level:
For group lessons, please make sure you choose the correct CEFR level. Booking a level too high or too low can disrupt the group experience, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and challenged in just the right way.
