This package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. All ×13 lessons must be completed within this period.

📌 Important information and policies:
⏰ Timeliness and lesson etiquette:
Out of respect for both teacher and student, punctuality is essential. Students are given a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled lesson start time to enter the Zoom Workplace classroom.
If a lesson is missed beyond this time, the session will be marked as missed.
In such cases:
— 50% of the lesson value will be retained, and
— the remaining 50% may be used as a credit toward a future lesson of the same type.
Elucidated English will send an individualised PayFast or Stitch Money Express payment link to collect the remaining half of the lesson fee.
Once payment has been received, a coupon code will be issued, allowing the student to book a completely new lesson of the same type.
⏱️ Lesson duration and flow:
Each lesson is ×50 minutes long. Students are kindly asked to begin wrapping up their thoughts 5 minutes before the end of the lesson, as extending beyond the scheduled time would be unfair to both the teacher and the next student.
☕ During the lesson:
Sipping beverages such as tea, coffee, or soda is perfectly acceptable.
Eating during a lesson is discouraged, as it may be seen as disrespectful.
